We are raising $30,000 to launch the Healing Initiative—a trauma-informed wellness program designed to support women and girls at no cost to participants. This initiative offers four powerful approaches to healing:

Why This Matters

The Healing Initiative helps women and girls build resilience and connection through nature, art, movement, and community. Participants gain practical skills to manage stress, support their mental well-being, and become part of a connected, healing-focused community.

Where Your Contribution Goes

1. Nature-Hike Therapy – $10,000

Supports guided hikes with trained professionals, reflective journals, and therapeutic materials to foster mindfulness and emotional grounding in nature.

2. Art Therapy Workshops – $12,500

Covers professionally facilitated creative sessions, art supplies, and space where participants can safely explore emotions and healing through artistic expression.

3. Mindfulness & Movement (Yoga Therapy) – $12,500

Funds trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness practices, including trained instructors, studio access, and calming tools that support stress reduction and nervous system regulation.

4. Community Training Workshops – $10,000

Provides expert-led training and resources to empower local leaders, ensuring the program’s sustainability and long-term community impact.

5. Initiative Coordinator – $5,000

Helps coordinate workshops, rental space, trainings, purchase of materials, and more.
