Help Launch a Delicious Poffertjes Journey

Hi! My name is Jennifer, and together with my sister Kari, we started a Poffertjes pop-up called "Duchess Mini Pancakes" in Seattle, WA.

Between myself and my sister, we have worked in the restaurant and retail industry most of our adult lives, but always wanted to have something that we could call our own. Making Poffertjes is just the beginning!

We started with the bare necessities, acquiring a Poffertjes griddle, a canopy tent, and the desire to create something yummy while incorporating the street food vibe. There's nothing quite like watching what you're about to eat be made fresh right in front of your very own eyes.

We have truly started from the bottom and can't wait to get to the top.

This fundraiser will help us reach that next step! It will be helping to purchase a custom made Poffertjes cart, as well as the gear needed to transport the cart, and the permits that will be needed to get us rolling with the new Poffertjes cart.
