Help Launch Pet2-Oligarchy Film

As an award-winning photojournalist and filmmaker, I’ve spent my life capturing stories that challenge power and provoke thought. My latest project, "The II - Oligarchy," is inspired by my first feature as a director and writer, "The Pet," which explored the dynamics of the super rich controlling the poor. The idea for this new film grew from my own experiences—surviving a traumatic brain injury after a fall in my building, losing close friends to illness, and facing the threat of losing my studio and home. Despite these setbacks, I continue to work sixteen-hour days, balancing physical therapy and recovery with my creative work. My inspiration draws from classics like Fritz Lang’s "Metropolis," and I aim to create a futuristic, multidimensional story that reflects the current crisis in America and the dangers of unchecked power.
Right now, I need urgent support to stabilize my housing and studio, upgrade my equipment, and continue my recovery. These immediate needs are critical to completing the script and timeline for "The II - Oligarchy." With your help, I can finish this film and bring its message to life—showing how the super rich could shape the world in ways that echo the darkest chapters of history. I hope to premiere the film at Cannes, marking the twentieth anniversary of my first movie, and I will acknowledge every supporter who helps me through this crisis on screen.
Your support means more than words can express. It will allow me to keep creating, recover my health, and share a story that I believe is vital for our times. Thank you for standing with me and helping make this vision a reality.
