Help Latoya Stalling's family cover funeral costs

I am Latoya's sister-in-law (married to her brother Wayne) and am organizing this fundraiser to help Latoya's family during a time of great need and transition. Latoya Stalling unexpectedly passed away on June 25th, 2022 due to complications of a long-term illness exacerbated by Covid-19. Latoya has left behind her son Kyng, her mother Pat, her step-father Geno Sr., and her brother's Wayne (my husband) and Chris along with extended family and her many friends. Latoya’s family is understandably shocked and saddened by this loss and unfortunately not prepared for all that goes along with planning a funeral at this time. Latoya was a bright light in this world and will be deeply missed by all those she loved and hearts she touched. If you knew Latoya, you’d know she was a wonderful and amazing daughter, a loving and caring mother, and a kind hearted sister and friend who could put a smile on everyone’s faces. Latoya was always reaching out to those during times of need and showed abundant generosity in order to be sure everyone around her experienced joy, love, laughter, and light. It’s now our turn to help Latoya’s family as they deal with the loss of Latoya by supporting them in the way Latoya would want them to be. We are raising money to assist with unexpected funeral costs, services, and a memorial to honor the bright life of Latoya as her family deals with this unexpected loss.  Donations will be going directly to the family.  Any amount helps and any remaining funds will be used to help provide for Latoya’s son Kyng and help him navigate life during this time of loss. I want to thank you deeply for all of your support, well-wishes to the family, and for taking the time to read this. Information on services will be provided to contacts as it becomes available.

I found out that Latoya’s brother Chris has started a fundraising campaign on the platform Everlove.  I listed the link below.  My husband’s mother Pat requested that I leave this one active.   I will monitor both campaigns and if the sun total of both reaches the goal I will stop this campaign.

At this time funeral arrangements have not been made as the costs have not been met. 

The approximate costs (these are estimates from the family, but I may not have all of the exact information) are:

$6,500 funeral home 

$800 transportation fee

$6500 burial plot and tombstone

Remaining to pay for for memorial services and the Church
