We are raising a love offering for Latoya Dunn, a beloved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Restorative Aide at Briarwood Health Center.

In October, Latoya’s life took an unexpected and devastating turn. After a minor car accident sent her to the hospital with back pain, doctors discovered she has stage 4 breast cancer, with metastases to her liver. Since her diagnosis, Latoya has been in unbearable pain, unable to return to work, and is currently awaiting further testing to address her condition.

Latoya is not only a dedicated caregiver but also a loving mother to four children. As the sole provider for her family, this diagnosis has turned her world upside down, leaving her unable to support her children or cover mounting medical expenses.

Despite her own struggles, Latoya has always been there for her residents, her colleagues, and her community. Now, it’s our turn to rally around her in this time of need.
