Help Latino T4T lesbian couple escape toxic environment

Hey everyone, My name is Jay and my partner's name is Jo. We went to Instagram to crowdfund and to help us visit a dear friend in Connecticut after a really bad fight happened in our household. Having an immigrant single mother can prove to be difficult, at least in my perspective. Through mutual aid and community, your donations have been so helpful to us in ways I can't even fathom.

Eventually, we want to be able to raise some money and mostly save up to move out and live on our own. Jo and I are both 21 years old, transmasc Latino butch lesbians living around central Florida just trying to survive. I hope between us saving up money and your help we can save up secretly so that if something like this were to happen again (which it probably will, mental health is still stigmatized in my family), we have an emergency funding to keep us safe.

As for myself, Jay, I am disabled. My partner and I both have C-PTSD and I have ADHD and Bipolar which makes working in a conventional way very hard for me, not every work environment is disability friendly unfortunately. With mutual aid and the community we have, you all have made miracles happen already and I cannot thank you enough, seriously. My partner and I are part time college students and will definitely pick up more shifts and find other jobs to help us save up as quickly as possible.

We also have 5 pets, 3 small dogs, 1 cat, and a gecko. We recently drove 16+ hours to spend time with my best friend after a really traumatic night with my family, anyways. You all helped us pay for gas money and get us back to FL. We love and appreciate you all, so so much. Thank you for reading this far.
