Hello, my name is Nicole Simmons. I am doing a fundraiser for Lathan and Serena Craft. Lathan is my husband's best friend and married us at our wedding last July. I have gotten to know Lathan and Serena since they moved back to Tyler and they mean the world to us.

As most of you know, Lathan had brain surgery on Friday, July 9th. He had a lot of fluid build-up in his brain which forced them to do the surgery. He has spent the last week in the ICU and has several more weeks to go. They would not have known how bad it was until Lathan had a run in with a fence while at softball. A freak accident ended up saving his life. Lathan is still dealing with massive headaches and pain as his body adjusts.

The money raised will go towards his medical bills. The surgery and his more than a month long hospital stay will add up. Any money raised will go a long way with helping with the medical bills.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated. With Serena being on a teacher's salary and raising two kids, they need all the help we can give them.
