Hello everyone, my name is Latasha, and I’m reaching out during a very difficult and overwhelming time in my life. I have an upcoming major surgery that will require about 8 weeks of recovery, and unfortunately, I do not have any sick or annual leave available to cover my time off from work. On top of preparing for surgery, my family and I recently suffered the heartbreaking loss of a loved one. Emotionally and financially, this has taken a heavy toll.

During my recovery, I will have no income and still need to keep up with important bills like rent, utilities, groceries, transportation, and medical expenses. I am humbly asking for help to cover these essential costs while I heal. Any amount truly helps, and even sharing this fundraiser means so much to me. My goal is simply to stay afloat during these next few weeks so I can focus on getting better without falling behind.
