Help Las Delicias Cevicheria after fire damage

As we all know sadly the yoshinoya in the boot barn plaza burned down on January 8th, My mom owns the Delicias Cevicheria right next door and we had damage and called insurance but sadly they denied our claim. They told my mom that the repair time would be somewhere between a month or so Anything helps god bless everyone in these hard times. <3
