Hi, I’m trying to create a fundraising opportunity, where friends and family can make donations to help my good friend, Deputy Larry Costa, with visiting his mother and extended family in Portugal. Larry has been battling advanced stage cancer for the last few years and he recently experienced what his doctors have described as a severe downturn in his overall condition. Larry’s retirement benefits have not yet been finalized and the ability to visit his family will now be a very time sensitive matter.
