The original deadline listed  (Nov. 10th) to pay my overdue property taxes  passed and I was unable to raise all the funds!

However I WAS able to get a short extension until the end of the month! But if I cannot pay in full, my house will still be put up for tax sale by the town.

Hello!

 

I am Larry Shell and have had a very tough time the past few years. My difficulties have been coming to a head of late.

 

I badly need to raise funds to pay my overdue 2021 property taxes before our house is put up for tax sale by the town that I reside in. I have received notification of this from the tax office.

 

To do so, I have started this Go Fund Me campaign. I hate to do so, but time is short and I do not want to lose our home of 40+ years. All funds collected will be used for this purpose.

 

We need to pay the amount due in full before November 30 or I and my brother, who lives with me, may not have a place to live. This is less than a week from now!

 

We are both disabled, I have diabetes, glaucoma and had two spinal surgeries in the past ten years and my brother suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes and other ailments.

For those who do not know me, I have been in and around comic books since the 1970's. I was a publisher and editor, wrote a story for Heavy Metal magazine, published a number trading card sets and was the Director of Publications for Heroes World Distribution for 10+ years, including the last 2 years as part of Marvel Comics Marketing department. I have also worked as a publishing consultant for several companies and a been a rep for a number of artists and collectors for original art sales.

 

I am a big fan of comics and now need a Superhero.
