!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE ON LARRY!!!!!!!!!!
He's been released from the hospital, but is bed ridden and likely will be for the foreseeable future. He's being taken care of by a close friend who can really use the help to make Larry as comfortable as possible during the aftermath of all of this. He is still unable to walk or use the restroom alone. He has to be physically moved to do anything. We are in search of a mobility van to easily transport him to doctors appointments and physical therapy. He still has a long road ahead.
I am writing this on behalf of our dear friend, Larry Corbin, who is facing the most devastating time of his life.
On February 21st, while driving on Harbor View Drive, Larry and his daughter were involved in a horrific automobile accident caused by a drunk driver. Tragically, his beloved daughter did not survive. No parent should ever have to endure such unimaginable loss. Larry’s heart is shattered, and the emotional weight of this tragedy is beyond words.
Larry is currently in intensive care with severe injuries. He has broken both legs and his left arm, and has already undergone four surgeries. More procedures are still ahead as doctors work to stabilize and repair the damage. His recovery will be long, painful, and filled with physical and emotional challenges.
When Larry is finally able to leave the hospital, he will face months of rehabilitation and an extended period without being able to work. The medical bills are mounting, and everyday living expenses will continue even while he focuses on healing.
We are starting this GoFundMe to help ease that burden. Your support will go directly toward:
• Ongoing medical expenses and upcoming surgeries
• Physical therapy and rehabilitation
• Living expenses during his recovery
• Providing stability while he grieves the loss of his daughter
Larry has always been a kind, hardworking, and devoted father. Now he needs our help more than ever. Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to give, please consider sharing this page to help us reach others who may be able to support him.
Most importantly, please keep Larry in your thoughts and prayers as he begins the long road to recovery — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Thank you for your compassion, generosity, and support during this heartbreaking time.
