Help Larry Overcome Surgery and His Lifelong Health Issues
Donation protected
Our sweet Larry boy landed himself at BEVS last night and was diagnosed with a urinary obstruction caused by a bladder stone. Thankfully his mom got him there in time and they were able to put a catheter in him and get the stone back in his bladder while he awaits surgery. Otherwise, per the emergency vet, if the stone was not pushed back in he could have died as he was unable to pass it on his own. This all happened so fast as Larry didn’t start showing any signs until that day.
Larry is now scheduled for surgery to have his bladder cut open to remove the stone. While this is a scary surgery, we’re hoping minimal complications will come of it. Unfortunately for Larry, they said this is likely genetic. This means that he will need to be on prescription food and prescription treats only for the remainder of his life, which will get costly and regular vet visits.
Larry is such a special boy and everyone that meets him immediately falls in love with him and his perfectly styled chest hair. His mom works so hard to give him and his older sister, Bella, the bougiest lifestyle imaginable. I’m coming here to ask for help in covering some of the costs for Larry’s surgery and medical requirements for the rest of his long life. Anything helps and Larry and his chest hair will be forever grateful.
Thank you all ❤️
