Hi my name is Nico, Larry is my mentor and father figure. I have worked with Larry at journeys for the past 21 years. I have been as his co mananger, I’ve been his peer in another store and ive been lucky enough to be a lead with Larry over the past 4 years as his district manager . Larry has worked for our company going on 45 years. He was recognized for his service this past March at our annual sales awards meeting in Nashville. After his flight back to San Diego he was driving back home to Carlsbad(40miles from airport) On his drive home from the airport he was sharing with his wife and son the epic week that had been and the highest of highs for what he has meant to our company and countless people. During this drive home Larry and his family were struck by another car causing their vehicle to flip and be totaled. The driver hit and ran. I am trying to raise funds to help larry and his family get a new vehicle. Larry is retiring this year to help his wife with her health as she has started dialysis. his family need a vehicle to get his wife to her doctors appoints daily. Im not sure how much we can raise but I do know anything we can do to help him replace the car they lost will help him and his family get through this.
