Help Larry Fight Pancreactic Cancer

My father is a loving husband, dad and grandpa. He has dedicated his life to others; his family, missions and his church; serving 38 years in the ministry. He is also now, a cancer patient.  

Last month, while being hospitalized for Covid, it was discovered that he has pancreatic cancer.  Even though most pancreatic cancers are terminal, the doctors believe that this was caught early enough to beat.  A year of chemotherapy, radiation, and then surgery to remove the tumor, are what lie ahead.  

What also lies ahead is the financial burden.  While he does have health insurance, there are many expenses that are simply not covered by insurance (copays, deductibles, travel, over-the-counter meds, loss of income, etc). These expenses could add up to as much as $20,000.

My father begins his chemotherapy on February 1st. Please pray for the effectiveness of the chemo and radiation, as well as the success of the impending surgery.  And please pray for minimal side effects and the strength to get through them. We as a family have a difficult year ahead of us.
