Help Larry David Walk Again: Surgery Fund

UPDATE: LARRYS SURGERY WAS SUCCESSFUL!
It’s Paisley and Penny! We’re reaching out to our village for help with an absolutely heartbreaking situation. Our beloved 6-year-old Belgian Malinois, Larry David, has ruptured his CCL (cranial cruciate ligament), a serious knee injury that is causing him extreme pain and making it impossible for him to walk. A CCL rupture is similar to an ACL injury in humans, and without surgery, Larry will continue to suffer and his quality of life will deteriorate. The only viable solution to repair the tear and give him a chance at a pain-free life is surgery. Unfortunately this surgery will cost about $7,000.
As a single momma with a toddler, the financial burden of this surgery is overwhelming. I’ve explored all other options, extensively but they are either too expensive or carry significant risks. I don’t want to surrender Larry, he’s my first baby, Penn’s brother . But it’s clear that if I can’t provide him with the means to this surgery, I will have to do so. A cheaper option is amputation, which comes with the risk of future complications and further injuries. As you can imagine, I’m in a rough spot here.
I would never ask for help unless I was truly desperate. Watching Larry struggle is heartbreaking, and carrying him around is becoming increasingly difficult. I love him, and I am doing everything I can to give him the chance to live pain-free and enjoy the life he deserves.
Please consider donating to help us cover the cost of Larry’s surgery. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a huge difference and bring us one step closer to getting Larry back on his feet. I truly appreciate any support you can offer, whether it's a donation or simply sharing this campaign with others. If you have any insights or ideas, please please reach out.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us give Larry the care he needs.
