Help Larrissa & Her Boys Rebuild After Devastating Caravan/their Home Fire

Larrissa and her two beautiful boys, Flint and Theo, have just lost everything in a heartbreaking caravan fire. Their caravan was their home while they commuted for Theo’s many critical medical appointments. Now, they have nothing but the clothes on their backs.

Four-year-old Theo has has extremely rare Robinow Syndrome and a KDM1A genetic mutation that causes cancer, which means he has extremely high needs. He is deaf due to his condition, has had multiple surgeries for cochlear implants, and requires daily medications and weekly medical appointments with neurologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and paediatricians. Tragically, in the fire, Theo lost his hearing aids, medical supplies, and essential medications—things that are crucial for his daily life.

Flint, his older brother, has ASD and ADHD, and Larissa has been his rock, ensuring he has the support and care he needs.

Through all of this, Larissa’s partner Damien has been an incredible support and a father-like figure to the boys. He has stepped up in every way possible, helping Larissa navigate the challenges of raising two children with special needs. Now, as they face this unimaginable loss together, they need the community’s help to rebuild.

Larissa is an incredible mum and an amazing person who has dedicated her life to helping others—from teaching horse riding to supporting children through equine therapy. She’s the first to help anyone in need, but now, she is the one who desperately needs support.

This family has lost everything—their home, their belongings, and the vital items Theo relies on to function every day. They are starting completely from scratch, and they need help to replace essentials, medical supplies, clothing, and daily necessities.
