Larissa and Justin are facing an unimaginable loss. On what started as a typical morning, Larissa went to work and Justin headed to school. But that afternoon, everything changed. Larissa received a call that there was a fire in the room where she and the kids were staying. By the time firefighters and first responders arrived, the place was already fully engulfed. In a matter of moments, they lost everything they owned and were left with only the clothes on their backs.

Now, they are starting from scratch. They need a safe place to live, clothing, and all the basic essentials that make a home. I am reaching out because I want to help them rebuild and give them some hope, especially with Christmas approaching. It’s hard to imagine going through the holidays without a home or any of the things that make this season special for children.
