Hello Everyone,
- My name is Denise Jackson and I'm seeking help from the community, friends, and anyone who has it on their heart to help our family in this time of need with covering the cost of my daughter (La'Renzia Latrell Reese) aka Coco's memorial services. We have been battling this battle since November of 2024. When we thought the problem was only her bronchitis/a bad upper respiratory infection, it turned out to be worse. She was back and forth in and out of the hospital because the problem didn't get better; it only progressed. We come from a praying family, and God knows I prayed DAY AND NIGHT for my baby's recovery! Just knowing that everything was going to work out for my baby, BUT GOD needed her more than I did. It felt like this was a never-ending battle. March 3, 2025, my baby was admitted to Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA, where her heart stopped (2×). Doctors told me there wasn't anything I could do, but as a MOTHER, I did what I knew I had to do, which was not give up on my baby, so I dropped to my knees and told God to take it from here. From that day forward, I was putting all my trust in God! After a while, the doctors told me they could send her to Emory University Hospital to be placed on an ECMO machine to support her lungs, which now had holes in them. On top of that, she was diagnosed with pneumonia, which quickly turned into tuberculosis, which claimed my daughter's life 7 months later on October 24, 2025. My baby fought as long as she could. I have no vehicle, I have a job, I have bills which never stopped coming during this time. I've made sacrifices for 7 months to be right by my baby's side till the END because I know who's my maker. I knew God was going to make a way for me and mine! Anyone who knows us knows how close my kids and I are! I hate I'm having to come on here for my baby, but we need EVERYONE'S HELP RIGHT NOW! I'm just trying to get my baby home and a proper burial. From Mother to Mother & Mother to Daughters & Father to Daughters, please help us. We thank you all so much. All expenses will go towards funeral expenses/living expenses during this time of grief. Anything will help!
