Hi, my name is Nicole.

I'm making this for a dear friend of mine, Laree. Laree was diagnosed with stage 3 brain cancer called oligodendroglioma. She has already had surgery to try and remove all the cancer, but unfortunately, they were unable to. She is now doing radiation for 6 weeks every day, and this is the part we are asking help for. She lives in Stockton, CA, but has to go daily to Sacramento, CA for treatment. That's 48.8 miles every day. She has exhausted all other resources and had to withdraw from school and lost her financial aid. Laree is a single mother who has overcome so much in her life. We want this to be something we say... yep, she did this! But right now, we need help to get her there. We're asking for $1000 and are praying that will cover the next month in gas. Please help us fight this with her. Any amount given is great, and if giving is something you can't do right now, then please share.
