Help Lara Continue Her Studies

My name is Noor Shihadeh, I am italian, and I’m a friend of Lara Qeshta, a 29-year-old computer engineer from Gaza.

Lara has already completed a degree in Computer Science and is now applying to continue her studies abroad. She dreams of deepening her knowledge and contributing to the world through her skills.

Like many young people in Gaza today, Lara is facing enormous challenges: daily life under siege, limited access to education, and an uncertain future. But she is not giving up. She is preparing applications, gathering documents, and holding on to the hope that she might study and live in safety.

Lara has strong prospects of enrolling in a university program in France and obtaining a French student visa.

But in order to qualify for the visa, she must demonstrate financial stability by showing proof of €8,500 in a bank account, the minimum required by the French authorities to cover basic living expenses for one year.

This campaign aims to help her reach that goal, which is a key step for her to be granted a visa and continue her academic journey in a safe and supportive environment.

The funds raised will help cover the €8,000 financial guarantee for the visa
