Help Lannaya Recover

Hello friends —

 

Our incredible mom, Lannaya, has been in and out of the hospital for Covid and resultant severe complications dating back to August. And right now she could really use your help.

 

She’s still working on healing at home on oxygen. But, as a result of the last two months in the hospital, she hasn’t been able to work her massage therapy job and likely won’t be able to return to work — let alone anywhere near her regular weekly hours — until her oxygen and energy levels are back where they need to be.

 

My brother Michael, who lives nearby in Washington, has been an incredible help. Both of us are working two jobs to try to help as much as we possibly can. But we can’t do this alone.

 

Whether or not you know Lannaya, her whole life has been one of giving, hard work, and constant love. She more than deserves some of that love and support to bend back her way right now. Any bit of financial help or sharing of this fundraiser is a step in that direction, while we all work in parallel through the complicated steps of securing additional aid.

 

If you’re able to, please help our mom to have some tangible hope and to be able to focus her energy on recovery, so she can get back to doing what she loves doing most with her time. Healing and helping others.

Know that any amount we’re able to raise will go directly toward missed and upcoming rent, remaining bills, and whatever other costs might come with this difficult road.
