Hello, last night we had to take my silly baby, Lanita, to the emergency vet for some breathing issues she was having. We found my kitty in the engine of my old car 9 months ago and she’s been stuck with us since. Lanita is usually a bright and playful kitten, but the past two weeks she wasn't acting like herself. Last night she was especially not herself. Her breathing was hard and looked painful to do, and she refused to eat. The ER doctor suggested an asthma attack was causing her discomfort. She's a very loving and unique kitty. She greets everyone she meets with love and kindness. Her vet bills for x-rays, oxygen, injections, and medications alone came out to more than I anticipated. We still have to get her checked up and pay for her medications. Without medication, Lanita will suffer from her symptoms and won’t be able to live a life she deserves. She is only a 9-month-old kitten and I want her to enjoy a long, happy life with me. Lanita means the most to me I don’t want to have to worry if I can afford for her to live comfortably. All funds will directly go to her medical costs. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
