Hi, I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friend Lane Shaw, a 35-year-old father, fighter, and all around incredible human being.

In 2021, Lane’s life took a drastic turn when he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Follicular lymphoma, a low grade form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Since then, he’s undergone countless treatments, hospital visits, and faced more challenges than most of us could imagine.

Doctors have advised Lane to step away from work for the next four months to focus entirely on treatment and recovery. As a father to his amazing 10-year-old daughter, Kennedy, this pause in income puts an enormous strain on their household. Lane has always worked hard to provide a stable, loving life for Kennedy, and right now, he needs our help to keep that stability going while he fights for his life.

Your donation will help cover:

• Daily living expenses (utilities, groceries)

• Medical bills and prescriptions not covered by insurance

• Travel costs for treatment

• Support for Kennedy’s needs during this time

Lane is not someone who asks for help easily. He’s strong, selfless, and always puts others before himself. But now, we’re rallying around him to lift some of the weight he’s carrying so he can focus on healing and being there for Kennedy.
