Landon Hutchinson was a bright and loving 19-year-old whose life changed forever on April 30th, 2023, when he was involved in a devastating car accident. The accident left Landon paralyzed from the neck down, and he spent the next three years bravely facing the challenges of being a quadriplegic. His family devoted themselves to his care, making countless sacrifices to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. They adapted their vehicle for his wheelchair, purchased special medical furniture, and provided round-the-clock care, all while holding onto hope for his recovery.
Despite their unwavering love and dedication, Landon's journey took a heartbreaking turn. On Sunday, January 11th, 2026, Landon passed away suddenly when a blood clot traveled to his heart, causing a massive heart attack. The loss has left his family not only grieving but also facing significant financial hardship. After years of medical expenses and caregiving, their resources have been exhausted.
Landon's family is now seeking help to cover the costs of his funeral and final resting place. Services will be held at BJ Gin Funeral Home, Big River Church, and Syke's Cemetery in Holden. Any support you can offer will help give Landon the peaceful farewell he deserves and ease the burden on his loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. Your kindness and generosity mean more than words can express.
