Help Lance recover from Covid19

About a week ago I learned that I tested positive for Covid-19.   So far my symptoms have been mild but I know that could change any day. 
 
Due to this recent diagnosis I have not been able to work and have been struggling to pay bills, buy food or medicine while trying to recover.  

I know many people across the world are dealing with this pandemic in some way but if you could help me with any monetary and/or supply donation (food, medicine, medical supplies) I would be truly grateful.
