Help Lanae Perform at Carnegie Hall

My name is Lanae and I have been playing French horn for 22 years. I always wanted to keep performing even after becoming a band director, because I just love playing my horn too much to stop, plus I enjoy relating to my students in practice and performance on our instruments.

I have been an active member of Tara Winds ever since I started teaching, and now Tara Winds has an amazing opportunity to perform at THE Carnegie Hall in New York City on Memorial Day weekend, 2025. Though I have performed at many amazing places, this will truly be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me.

The GoFundMe will help raise money for travel expenses, performance costs, food, and lodging. By giving towards my GoFundMe, you will be helping a full-time working mommy, wife of a hard-working man, a music educator who is still seeking performance opportunities for herself, and that little 6th grade girl who played a lot of wrong notes 22 years ago and never dreamed it would lead her to Carnegie Hall.
