My name is Brian Hah, and I’m reaching out to share the incredible and urgent mission of a brave Christian sister, Laiba Arshad, who is serving in Pakistan — the third largest Islamic country in the world — where Christians are a persecuted minority.

Laiba and her fiancé, both living in poverty themselves, are caring for 90 orphaned children and helping to rescue enslaved families who are trapped in brutal brick kiln labor.

They are risking much, stepping out in faith to bring the love of Jesus to “the least of these” — the abandoned, the enslaved, and the forgotten.

Laiba writes:

"Dear brother, we live here in Pakistan, which is the world’s 3rd biggest Islamic country, but we are Christians here and helping 90 orphan children and taking care of them.

We are also helping the slave and poor families who work in the brick kilns."

Why They Need Our Help

In Pakistan:

12.5 million children are involved in labor.

Pakistan ranks 3rd on the Global Slavery Index.

Christians often face discrimination, poverty, and persecution daily.

Laiba and her fiancé are providing food, shelter, and Christian care — but resources are very limited and needs are overwhelming.

They urgently need help to keep a roof over the children's heads:

Monthly rent: $225

Two months’ rent needed now: $450

Without immediate support, they risk losing the shelter that houses these 90 orphans.
