Ladybug is an almost 4 year old American Bully and she is the absolute love of my life. She came to me in 2021 as a rescue and quickly became my daughter and I’s best friend. Right after adopting her, she tore a pre-existing ACL injury requiring a TPLO surgery (basically a full knee replacement for dogs) in her right leg. Last night, she slipped on the hardwood floor and completely tore her other ACL on her left leg and injured her right leg with the plate in place. Right now, she has no use of both of her back legs. As most of you know, this is an extremely hard time for my family and I, and this surgery is very expensive. This is a very last resort but I would do anything for my dogs. She is currently being kept comfortable on pain medication but this surgery would continue to keep her walking. She has so much life, fight, and strength left in her and she deserves to walk into old age.
