We adopted our dog Ladybird not knowing she had a pre-existing condition called entropion. This condition causes her upper eyelashes to drag across her eyes constantly, affecting her eyesight and daily comfort. If left untreated, it could eventually cause blindness. We took her to a Veterinary Optometry specialist and learned that surgery is needed to correct the condition. Thankfully, Rocket Dog has helped us find a vet in the area willing to do the procedure at a reduced cost.

Ladybird is a loved and adored part of our family. She loves to cuddle and always wants to be close to us. She is a happy, sweet, and playful dog who loves running around at the dog park and chasing a ball. Sadly, her condition makes it hard for her to keep up with her furry friends or even see where the ball is thrown. It breaks our hearts to see her struggle, but we are determined to do everything we can to help her.

Unfortunately, with our tight budget constraints, raising the money and getting the procedure done soon is not something we can do alone. This surgery will greatly improve Ladybird's quality of life and prevent potential serious issues in the future. We're asking for help from our community to give Ladybird the chance to live pain-free and enjoy her playful life. Any support means the world to us and to her.
