Help LaDonna Battle Congestive Heart Failure

Hello, my name is LaDonna and I have stage 4 congestive heart failure. I've had it since 2011 and over the years, my heart has worsened. Now, I have damage to my whole left side of my heart and also the top of my heart. I am on the heart transplant list and unfortunately, my medical insurance will not cover all my medical costs.

So, I am asking for any help and donations for medical bills and all prayers. I will be grateful for any help I can get. Thank you with all my heart, well, what's left of it (smile). I try to stay positive 24/7.
