My dad, LaDell Smith is in stage 4 kidney failure. He needs a kidney transplant to save and extend his life. The money donated will help pay for his surgery, the medication he has to take after the surgery, and will help with hotels and the donor of the kidney. He NEEDS this transplant or dialysis is the only option, and that will give him a few years to live at best. Any kidney donors would also be appreciated.
