Hi, my name is LaChare, and I’m the only daughter of Dianne Reedus King. For the past 2 years , I’ve devoted myself to caring for my mother-traveling back and forth from Alabama to Mississippi, sitting by her side through long days in the nursing home l, and doing everything I can to be present for her in this difficult season. This journey has been emotionally, physically, and financially draining. As her only child, the weight of it all has fallen on me- but I’ve carried it with love and honor.
