Help Lacey replace all of her belongings!

Hi, thank you for being here!

If you don't already know me, I'm Gaby, Lacey's wife. I am raising money to help her to rebuild her life:

Very sadly, my wonderful wife Lacey lost her car, along with almost everything she owns in the Eaton fire. Before she left LA to visit me in London, she had packed up her car full of her belongings (and some of mine), as she was subletting her apartment whilst visiting me and parked it at a friend’s house in Altadena, which also tragically burned down. She has no clothes other than a small bag she brought over to visit me in London; everything else is gone (even sentimental items like her wedding dress ). This includes all her clothes, jewellery, sunglasses, luggage, bags, and other household items we haven’t even thought of yet, so the money raised will be used to replace what she lost. Thankfully, she has her documents and some blankets she left at the house, and her sweet housemate evacuated with our dog. She has insurance to cover the car value, however it is very old and not worth much!

Lacey has had it rough financially for a while and already was struggling to stay afloat in LA, with credit card debt, no savings and high living costs, not to mention the financial strain of traveling for our long distance relationship! But now she will have to totally start again which financially is going to be a huge blow.

Lacey is the kindest, sweetest and most caring person in the world and is always ready to help other people; if you need a nourishing meal, a lift, or a kind ear, she’s always there! She has been taking care of me post emergency bowel surgery for the past 3 months and has been under a lot of stress already, so it would mean the world if you could support her through this very upsetting and challenging time. I would love to relieve some of the stress and financial burden for her.
