Hello, if you don’t know me, my name is Lisa. Lacey Revis is my sister and Doug Revis is Lacey’s husband, my brother in law. I am making this page to support them.

Recently, due to an unforeseen crisis and legal issues involving the parents, Lacey and Doug have immediately stepped up to take full custody of their grandchildren following a traumatic family crisis. They are 2 year old twin boys, Scarlett’s younger brothers. This decision was made out of profound love to ensure they have the stability, security, and care they desperately need during this confusing time while Scarlett fights for her life in the hospital.

We are all experiencing an immense amount of heartbreak that this has caused. We are all in a state of shock, as no one could have ever imagined the parents could do something like this or allow something like this to happen. Scarlett’s father and stepmother had kept Scarlett away from everyone, so there was no possible way to know the absolute trauma she was experiencing.

Lacey and Doug didn’t think twice about caring for these children, along with their own kids all while navigating the complex legal and medical systems. While their hearts are full, their resources are stretched thin. They are facing massive, unexpected expenses due to the immediate custody change and the long-distance care required for sweet Scarlett.

I know many of you may have seen that Scarlett’s mother has also started a gofundme for her expenses, this one for Lacey and Doug is to help them with the funding they will need to care for two 2 year old boys and travel to be with Scarlett. Scarlett is legally in custody of dcs while this is an ongoing investigation, but they have said they want Scarlett to go home with Lacey and Doug to be in their care along with her brothers so they can all be together.

Lacey and Doug have sacrificed everything to care for these children. They cannot do this alone. Your generosity will ensure these children have the safe, stable home environment they deserve while their sister receives the healing care she desperately needs. Any donations will go directly to Lacey and Doug for caring for the twins and travel expenses going back and forth to be with Scarlett.
