Hi, my name is La'Ava Harris. I am an energetic nine-year-old. I attend public school and am in the third grade. I am a talented athlete, musician, and role model in my community. As well as being talented, I love learning. I am consistently on the honor roll and speak Spanish.

My mom has entered me in the Martin Luther King Jr. Junior Miss pageant and I need your assistance in reaching my goal of $2,000. Martin Luther King Jr. stood for equality among all people. As we celebrate his legacy, let's stand together for justice. Your donation will help me reach my goal of becoming the MLK Junior Miss Queen and continuing to keep Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream alive.
