Help LA Animals Affected by Fires
Donation protected
I'll keep this short. Horses and animals are near and dear to me. There are so many in need right now as a result of the horrific Los Angeles fires. I'm doing this because I woke up to so many messages from people wanting to help, wanting to donate, etc. Those of you who know me know that when it comes to horses and animals, this is where I can help the most. So that's what I'm going to do. I can't sit around, and I know that by doing this, I can help animals and the people who own them.
We have 350+ horses (and other farm animals) at the LA Equestrian Center currently, many of whom we have not yet found owners for. We're working around the clock to provide care for these animals, and many people have reached out to me about wanting to help. Funds for supplies are greatly needed along with meals for volunteers (and most importantly, any volunteers with horse experience!)
Second to this are the dog, cat, and animal rescues and sanctuaries, many of which are over capacity and in need of supplies and resources.
So as of today, I'm asking for help to buy supplies for these animals. I will personally be handling all orders and purchases and taking them to the facilities that are in need (e.g., LAEC, Pasadena Humane Society, Pierce College Equestrian Center, Agoura Animal Care Center, Pasadena City College).
Funds will be used to purchase the following:
Hay/Grain/Pellets for horses
Shavings for stalls
Buckets & Feeding Trays
Hose Pipes
Horse Blankets
Vet Care & Medication/Supplies for any horses with no owners
Dog Food/Cat Food
Pet Beds & Carriers
Blankets
Animal Toys
Anything helps! Thank you so much in advance. I'll be sharing images of the work as I go.
