Hi, we're Kyrie, Mox, and Maple, and we're 3 disabled transwomen trying to move into an apartment together in Roseville, California. We appreciate you taking the time to read our story! We're looking to cover the moving costs for two of us (Maple, Kyrie) to move across the country from our respective states (Wisconsin, Tennessee) so that we can have better living conditions, and as transwomen live in a state where we can feel safe. Additionally, we hope that by moving in together we can cut our respective expenses and each of us save much more money than we would be able to individually.

We do have some savings between the three of us, but we're about halfway short to being able to cover everything. Maple in particular needs the funds to be able to cover moving an apartment of her belongings and furniture across the country, and the cost of driving her car on such a trip in gas, food, and hotels. She currently lives alone and single-handedly pays for all of her expenses by herself, so she hasn't had much opportunity to save a lot of money. Mox, thankfully, does not live far from where we're looking to move, so her individual costs should be minimal or nonexistent. Finally, I (Kyrie) will be moving from Tennessee, however I am only bringing with me what I can fit in my car, so I only need enough money in gas, food, and hotels to make the trip.

Any money donated will go directly to me (Kyrie), which will then be spent primarily on Maple's moving costs. We believe we can cover things like apartment application fees and security deposits with what we have already saved, however anything extra (beyond Maple's moving costs) would be used to provide a buffer for any potential unforeseen expenses, particularly for Maple and myself (Kyrie) on our long drives across the country.
