Help Kyra recover from spinal surgery

As most of us know, Kyra recently went part-time at work to spend more time with her two young children. What some of you may not know is that Kyra will undergo spinal disc replacement surgery on February 25th. This means that Kyra is no longer eligible for short term disability pay through her employer. In addition, her PTO balance has become almost non-existent between a recent COVID-19 quarantine and her employer not having a light duty position available for her. Couple this with the high maximum out-of-pocket limit for most family insurance plans.
