In September, Kyler was hospitalized after a sudden and terrifying medical emergency. We first went to our local hospital, where his blood pressure was dangerously low and his face had gone pale. I knew immediately something was wrong. The staff didn’t hesitate — they rushed him out of the room, began drawing blood, and started IVs right away.

Because of how serious his condition was, he was transferred to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where we stayed for several days. During that time, Kyler had to undergo multiple procedures. Doctors later diagnosed him with a stomach disease and a bleeding ulcer, which explained how critical his condition had become.

This experience was overwhelming, both emotionally and financially. The medical bills have quickly added up, and we are doing our best to stay afloat while handling everything else life brings.
