We are reaching out on behalf of someone truly special – Kyler Sams, a vibrant 22-year-old with a heart full of courage and a spirit that never quits. Known for his quick wit, constant stream of jokes, and iron will, Kyler is now facing the biggest fight of his life.

Just recently, Kyler was rushed to the hospital with critical heart failure. He is now in the Intensive Care Unit, kept alive by an ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) life support machine—a last-resort device that does the work of his heart and lungs. Doctors have made it clear: Kyler urgently needs a heart transplant to survive.

This is an unimaginable moment for Kyler’s family and friends. Despite the gravity of his condition, Kyler remains the same warrior we all know—refusing to give up.
