As devastating as it is for me to write this, One of my closest friends found out her 6 year old daughter has cancer.

It’s a Stage 3 Rhabdomyosarcoma- rare childhood cancer. Specifically is a type of Spindle Cell Tumor. It started as a bump and suspected injury. X-rays followed by mri, biopsy, pet scan, and ct scan proved this was no trauma related but instead a soft tissue sarcoma. (Sarcomas are rare cancers of the bone and connective tissue.)

Treatment plan is estimated 9 months to a year which will include aggressive chemotherapy,surgery, and radiation. Treatment will be a combination of in clinic probably 5 or more days a week, as well as admission of 5 day long hospital stays every 4-6 weeks.

She will also more than likely be homebound and unable to physically go to school for her first grade year.

On top of everything already going on their family is expecting a baby girl in August.

And with all that being said we need as many prayers as we can get! We need daddy,mamma & baby to be stress free & healthy. Prayers for God to renew & restore Kyleighs health! Strength & peace for the whole entire family & a financial blessing to help cover their medical bills.
