Help Kyle Zuehlke Fight Neuroendocrine Cancer

Donation protected
As much as this pains me to type, our dear friend Kyle Zuehlke has been diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Cancer. As you can imagine their worlds are upside down, but they know they have SO MANY people who love them, who are praying for them, and who are so willing to help however they can. This will be a place to donate financially to help cover medical bills and alleviate some of the financial burden along the way if you feel led to.

Some of the back story:
Back in October, Kyle started experiencing some uncomfortable hip pain. He visited the chiropractor and did a lot of different stretches in order to feel better and unfortunately it continued to worsen. He started experiencing sudden weight loss and having night sweats. He scheduled an appointment with his PCP for bloodwork and went into an Orthopedic Surgeon who ordered him to get an MRI. After receiving the MRI results the doctor told him he would need to get a bone marrow biopsy done as there was something showing up on his femurs that could potentially be cancerous. With some guidance from a close friend who is a nurse, she encouraged them to go ahead and try to get admitted to hospital to speed up the process. During his hospital stay they also found a nodule near his lymph node that they knew they needed to do a biopsy on as well. Last Friday, 1/16, he had the bone marrow biopsy, and on 1/17 had the lymph node nodule removed and biopsied as well.

Sarah and Kyle went in for the follow-up appointment to get results yesterday, 1/23, and were presented with the news that it is Neuroendocrine Cancer. It is a high grade peraganglioma that is fast growing. It's very rare and the doctor believes it started in the adrenal gland, but they won't know more details until he starts treatment and they can do more tests. He will start chemo this coming Wednesday, 1/28. He will go for 3 days, then have 3 weeks off, 3 days, 3 weeks off etc. They said a surgery could be in the future once they are able to accurately locate where the tumor is. It has already spread and that's why cancer cells popped up in the lymph node biopsy, but said that isn't where it originated.

Bottom line, WE NEED A MIRACLE! We believe in a Lord who HEALS and still does MIRACLES!

Thank you for praying for the Zuehlke family. They can feel your prayers every day.
