My name is Kyle Toney, I am seeking medical bill relief but ultimately this is for an escape from the threat of domestic violence, I've been living with my mother for a little over a year now, and beginning in November of 2024, she has had increasingly violent outbursts of rage. It has however since January 1st of this year graduated from a mental crisis, to a volatile situation where she has been threatening to harm, or kill me.

She has since been arrested twice for threats of violence and destruction of property, most recently at approximately 2200 hours on January 25, 2025 for intimidating a victim/witness (myself). She has also been involuntarily committed about one week prior. Image attached is damage she did in the first incident.

This situation has become untenable, I have to leave for my own safety, and regrettably, money is tight. I'll need to discuss things with my apartment manager about the circumstances of breaking this lease as an emergency.

I am asking for relief from three medical bills, one of which I have already been paying for about two years now, and two from October of last year.

I will be moving to Springfield, MO from Wichita, KS rather soon, hopefully before the end of January 2025.

I wish it didn't come to this... but, I can't help her anymore.
