Oor Kyle has been a legend of the DIY community in Glasgow for donkeys through Lovers turn to Monsters and Common Records, and some unfortunate circumstances (or a chancing bastard) have left him without a guitar. It was lifted from his car outside of Bloc+ on December 2nd after he played supporting Dim Wizard.

Now other than being a lovely guy and a legend of the scene, Kyle is also a Dad. He and his partner put everything they have into taking care of their son, and as such they have very little money to be able to invest in creative pursuits or hobbies.

It seems to me our Glasgow DIY music community could do something to help this situation, and only a few people have done as much work into the scene as Kyle over the years. Hosted countless gigs, released loads of music and told so many shite run-on stories. Let's see if we can help them out, and have a wee bloody Christmas miracle of a lad getting a new guitar on Christmas Day. Cheers to all who are able to donate!
