Help Kyla Fight Cervical Cancer

 

My dearest friend’s life was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with stage 2 cervical cancer just a few weeks before Christmas. Kyla is a wife, a mother of two young children, and a wonderful disciple of Jesus Christ who lives her life with strong faith. At this time her and her family are having their faith tested like never before. Kyla has never been one to shy away from having her faith tested and won't back down now. When asked what we could do, she always responds with just prayers. God answers prayers in ways we can only imagine. 

Currently the treatment they are needing is going to be costly and with other factors weighing in, my heart knows we can help this family. With out of pocket cost, exhaustion, childcare, and traveling daily an hour and Half one way I know we can alleviate the stress in some little way. 

 

My heart and intention is to help relieve some of their financial burden so that they can focus on the things most important during this time: family & healing. We may not be able to alter their journey, but we can make sure they don’t have to  walk it alone. Surely that is what it means to bear one another’s burdens.
