Hello, my name is Kevin Robbins. I am setting this up to help my daughter Kaleigh, my 4 year old grandson Ky and his father, Keshawn.

On Saturday, February 26th, as the family was getting ready for a birthday party, Ky found a handgun at a relatives’ home and accidentally discharged the pistol. The bullet traveled through Ky’s forehead, sections of his brain and exited the top of his head. Kaleigh and Keshawn rushed Ky immediately to Frye Hospital in Hickory NC. Ky was then airlifted to Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston Salem NC, where he remains in critical condition for the unforeseen future.

We praise God that Ky is still here with us. Still, Ky will need the best care possible to make it through this tragedy and live life as close to how a 4 year old boy should. He still needs many surgeries and reconstructions. Kaleigh, Ky’s mother, will be by his side for these next few months as Ky recovers and for the extensive after care involved.

Kaleigh and Ky will need as much financial help as possible during this difficult time. Ky will need someone constantly by his side but this will come at great cost and sacrifice to the family.
