My name is Jody and I am starting this GoFundMe for one of my best friends, Kim, her sweet boy Kwin and their family.

On Friday, August 15th Kwin was diagnosed with Burkitt Lymphoma.

A rare, aggressive, fast-growing Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.

The upside? It responds incredibly well to treatment and he has started already. Kwintyn received his first dose of chemotherapy on Saturday, August 16th 2025. He will continue to receive chemo for the foreseeable future and therefore will be in the hospital. Kim, will be staying there with him.

People have asked how they can help.

Kim has asked - 'All I can say right now is ask for you to pray for my sweet little boy, and let's show him he's not alone' So please, please keep him in your prayers.

And I am asking - With all the extra expenses they are going to incur while Kwin is in the hospital, all while Kim cannot work as she needs to be there with Kwin. No donation is too small, and anything helps. Let's help Kim and Kwin and the whole family, have one less thing to worry about while they battle this. All funds will go directly to Kim and will be used for anything they need during Kwin's battle.

I was able to go visit both of them yesterday and am happy to say that they were both in good spirits, both cracking some dark humor jokes (as expected lol) and are the same Kim and Kwin we all know and love. I have no doubt little dude IS going to kick lymphoma's ass and I am just trying to do what I can to help make it a little easier on them all.
