As many of you know, Kurtis Klemke was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He has a great and positive outlook and is ready to fight this battle. This is where we have the chance to come alongside him and fight WITH HIM. He will be at Emory for at least the next month while receiving chemotherapy. He will also be out of work for a couple of months after that as he will be traveling to Emory every week once he gets home. The funds that are raised will go straight to Kurtis to help with expenses back at home while he is out of work (rent, bills, etc.) as well as the medical bills. Kurtis is the type of person that would give the shirt off of his back for anyone and he is one of the hardest working guys I have ever known. He is hilarious and so kind! Please pray for Kurtis as he begins this fight, and if you find it in your heart to help out financially it would mean the world to him and his family.
