Help Kurt & family through brain cancer

Kurt is a loving father of four and just found out he has glioblastoma, a terminal brain cancer. Clearly he is a fighter as he overcame cancer when he was a teenager. The family is devastated and hoping for a miracle. Beyond emotional suppprt, this family will need a lot of financial help to get them through this tough time. Any contribution will be a huge help.
